Yes. All Medbus demos are completely free and carry zero obligation. A typical demo lasts 30 minutes and is tailored to your specific clinic type — whether you run a solo GP practice, a multi-specialty clinic, a diagnostic lab, or a hospital OPD. Our specialist will walk you through exactly the features relevant to your workflow and answer all your questions live.
03. Does Medbus offer on-site visits or only online demos?
Medbus primarily offers online demos via video call, which allows us to show the full platform interactively from anywhere in India. For Enterprise and multi-branch clients in Kerala and surrounding regions, our team can arrange on-site visits for complex setup requirements, staff training, and go-live support. 04. What information should I prepare before my Medbus demo?
To make your demo as useful as possible, it helps to have a rough idea of: your clinic type and specialty, number of doctors and staff who will use the system, your current process for appointments, records, and billing, any specific pain points you want to solve, and whether you need multi-branch or multi-department support.
